This class takes ballet, and breaks it down into a formula of reqetition and muscle isolation. As much as Ballet is a beautiful art form, the technical breakdown of the basic movements create a full circle exercise that targets the stabilization muscles in the body. This class is modifiable for many different levels, while also suitable for ages 6 and up.
